This hotel is a must stay! Clayton at the front desk was very helpful, made sure my stay was perfect. They offer breakfast in the morning and even have a bar. Perfect place to stay while visiting Addison

As a long term guest going through transition, I feel fortunate, secure and safe here. There are several managers, who have been here for 5 plus years, which says a lot. They have done a good job retaining/training employees and continue to make improvements in all areas. I want to give the new General Manager a special thank you for being on top of things. Communication and finding solutions are definitely his strong point. Kristine Gilbert

We had a wonderful stay at this Courtyard. Plenty of parking, very clean rooms with great housekeeping, phenomenal service from the front desk and general manager. Location was absolutely perfect for our needs. Didn’t utilize the restaurant or bar but seemed good. Recommend a stay here for sure.

This has to be the best hotel stay I've ever had. From the front desk to the bar to housekeeping everyone has been amazing. Especially Aisha, Alan, and Fransisco. They're so accommodating and welcoming of all walks of life here, I ended up extending my stay. I'm between places due to school right now and being from out of town. This place is amazing. The beds are comfy and spacious, water pressure is on point too and the temp as well. The balcony views from the rooms are gorgeous. The only complaint I'd have if ANY is I wish there was an elevator on both sides of the hotel, but I'm not changing my star rating over that. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Thanks guys!! 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Booked here for OU/Texas 2023 with family and friends. It is an out of the way hotel but good value. It is your typical Courtyard hotel. The staff was friendly and courteous. I was offered water and a snack as a gold member. My only downside to the hotel was one of the beds in my room was worn out to the point it had a spot where the mattress sank in. I had to use the other bed and glad I was in the room by myself. Would recommend this hotel for quick trips in the area.

The hotel is getting a little run down. The room was clean enough but some little things didn’t work. We did report them to the staff so hopefully they will be fixed. Doesn’t look like public areas were cleaned daily. Staff was not very friendly or courteous. Some guests were smoking in stairwells.

Great Marriott bed. Nice bar in lobby. Sliding glass door to patio doesn't open. Makes you wonder after safety of neighborhood. But, nice place, very comfy.

Tucked in behind another building so kinda hard to see coming in at night. Service was okay, I guess COVID still hasn't worn off because they only do room service every other day, I'm ready for that to go back like it used to be. Bed was comfy, room was clean, pillows were nice and the room smelled nice. There's only two floors here which is good because they have the most inconveniently located elevator. We ended up carrying our luggage down the stairs.
